Positive: full house, really cool, many beds, 2 separate rooms and livingroom downstairs. a ittle patio for smoking so we spent all time there ahah but great facility.
Negative: unfortunately no kitchen :( bathroom was charming for us but might be hard to get in the tub for some people.
